AC Milan are set to press Barcelona over a deal for Thiago Motta.
After admitting that they were withdrawing interest in Real Madrid midfielder Emerson, Milan are now stepping up their bid for Motta, says DiarioSport.
Milan have had a £2.5 million offer rejected by Barca, which were seeking £4 million for the Brazilian. However, Barca are now ready to compromise with just two weeks left before the summer transfer window shuts.
