AC Milan legend Rino Gattuso has paid tribute to Silvio Berlusconi.

The Milan president is in the process of selling the club to Chinese interests.

"I'm a Milan fan and I know that you can only say thank you to the Berlusconi family for twenty five years of successes and victories," he said.

"There can be moments of difficulty but it's not an ordeal. Openness is fundamental and for Milan to get back to their best there must always be openness."
