AC Milan legend Oliver Bierhoff has urged Italian clubs to sign Borussia Dortmund star Mario Gotze.

The 19-year-old is a rising star of the European game and Bierhoff believes that the Borussia Dortmund teenager would be a shrewd investment.

"I would suggest that Italian clubs look to sign Mario Gotze," the former international striker commented.

"He's still a very young player, but he has absolute talent.

"Whoever signs him would be completing a great piece of business. He's only 19, but he can already be considered as world class."
