AC Milan legend Franco Baresi insists there's no reason for a complete overhaul of Carlo Ancelotti's squad.

Baresi said: "There's disappointment. The championship problems are getting out of hand and the elimination from Europe has increased the frustration. But we have to rebound, I'm sure we will succeed, especially with the recovery of several injured players.

"At the end season it will be calmly assessed what went wrong. Having lost one game does not necessarily mean having to re-team. The foundations are there and the leaders know what is needed to take AC Milan back to the top."
