AC Milan are eyeing Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen for the final weeks of the summer market.De Telegraaf says Milan have made an offer for the Denmark international.
Eriksen has also been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool.
Milan's move for the midfielder is dependent on getting through to the group phase of the Champions League.
