AC Milan keeping tabs on Hoffenheim star Carlos Eduardo

AC Milan are monitoring Carlos Eduardo's situation at Hoffenheim.

Milan chiefs are aware of Zenit St Petersburg's interest in the Brazilian attacking midfielder, who is rated in the £12 million class by Hoffenheim.
Encouraging for Milan is that Eduardo is about to secure an Italian passport.

The Rossoneri are weighing up whether to wait until the January market to move for Eduardo, which is when his passport should be secured.

Best Bundesliga Player 2009/2010, you hear it here first.

Carlos Eduardo would be a good signing but 12m? Too inflated. Hernanes may be better, only time will tell, but Hernanes has never played in Europe and would cost a foreign player slot for Milan. The 12m price tag needs to drop.

I think Diego is from Werder Bremen, not Wolfsburg. And I think this player [Carlos Eduardo] is great. But for me, I prefer Hernanes than Carlos.
