Roma defender Matteo Ferrari is set for crunch contract talks on Friday.
The former Everton centre-half is off contract at the end of the season and Controcampo says there's little chance of an agreement being struck over a new deal.
AC Milan are ahead of Juventus in their interest in Ferrari.
