AC Milan and Inter Milan are going head-to-head for Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.

Reports in Italy are claiming that Balotelli's former club Inter and current Serie A leaders Milan are both preparing £20million bids for the 21-year-old, says the Daily Mail.

Balotelli somehow escaped additional punishment by the FA on Tuesday after they decided to take no further action for his horror tackle on Alex Song during Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Arsenal.
