Arrigo Sacchi visited Chelsea this week to check on good friend Carlo Ancelotti.
The former AC Milan and Italy coach is now part of the technical team with his country's federation and watched Chelsea U18s lose to West Bromwich Albion with Ancelotti.
Sacchi told chelseafc.com: "For a long time I have been saying I should come here to see Carlo, so I'm coming here for a couple of days to see the first team training and the Academy training.
"I'm responsible for the Italian national team for the young players from the Under 21s to the Under 15s, it's my work, so that's why it interests me."
