AC Milan fullback Ignazio Abate says he never kicked up a fuss being ignored by coach Clarence Seedorf last season.
Seedorf is now set to be replaced by primavera boss Pippo Inzaghi.
"It was a choice by the Coach and you need to accept it," Abate told reporters. "From my point of view I always trained with determination and professionalism, so I got to this training camp in the best condition possible.
"We still need to wait for it [Inzaghi's appointment] to be officially confirmed. Let's wait and see how the situation at Milan develops, then we'll see."
