AC Milan fullback Ignazio Abate is convinced Mario Balotelli's attitude has changed.

The on-loan Liverpool striker impressed many in his derby performance against Inter Milan.

“Mario is doing great in training, and he was good in the derby," the full-back explained.

“I'm sure that from here until the end he can be a protagonist, although we don't want to put too much responsibility on him.

“He has to be able to find consistency, something which he's been missing so far in his career."
