AC Milan are watching PSV Eindhoven striker Ruben Betancourt.
The 19 year-old Uruguayan will be featuring in the U20 South American championships and Milan are posting scouts to watch him.
Betancourt has been likened to Napoli star Edinson Cavani and has scored 11 goals in 17 games for PSV's youth team this season.
