AC Milan fans heeded the words of Paolo Maldini and Carlo Ancelotti during the week and chose not to boo Dida and Alberto Gilardino during yesterday's 1-1 draw with Parma.

All critical banners of the pair were also removed, except one which read: "Gila and Dida, the curva are with you".

Milan coach Ancelotti praised the curva support for their behaviour at the final whistle.
