AC Milan will have to cough up a fee to Real Madrid over their signing of Kaka should they finish in the top three.
Kaka signed for Milan on a free transfer last month.
"Real Madrid can receive a fee for Kaka depending on the League position which Milan end the campaign in," revealed Real president Florentino Perez.
It's understood Milan will have to pay €3 million should they finish inside the top three at the end of this season.
