AC Milan are eyeing Lazio striker Goran Pandev.
Milan are considering the Macedonia international, who is locked in new contract talks with Lazio, as a replacement for Real Madrid target Kaka.
Juventus are also keen on Pandev, but Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani's good relationship with Lazio president Claudio Lotito has the Rossoneri in the boxseat.
