AC Milan defender Mattia De Sciglio has hit out at departing coach Clarence Seedorf.
De Sciglio also revealed that Seedorf did not enjoy a good relationship with certain people at Milan but admitted that the team should have done better regardless.
"Seedorf should have listened to us more in order to try to find a bridge between his working demands and life in the dressing room," he said.
"However, we should have done more on the pitch, both for him and Allegri. The commitment wasn't missing but the concentration was.
"It's true that Seedorf didn't get on with some people. Despite their disagreements their positions remained different, both on things that happened on the pitch and off it.
"Inzaghi will give enthusiasm and desire with a new style of play."
