West Ham United attacker Alessandro Diamanti is in the sights of AC Milan.
Corriere dello Sport says Milan are eyeing Diamanti as a cut-price alternative to top attacking target Antonio Cassano, the Sampdoria striker.
Diamanti has scored 5 goals in 14 Premier League appearances for West Ham this season and AC Milan believe he could have some success not only behind a front man, but also as a second striker at the San Siro or as cover for Alexandre Pato.
