Chelsea are readying a bid for AC Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura.
TMW says Chelsea are monitoring the situation of Milan midfielder Bonaventura.
It is understood that Blues boss Antonio Conte would like to bring the Italy international to Stamford Bridge in January, with the west London club prepared to splash out €23m on the 27-year-old.
Milan are aware of their interest and have sought to open new contract talks with Bonaventura.
