AC Milan coach Vincenzo Montella was satisfied with their 2-1 win over Udinese.
Nikola Kalinic hit a brace at San Siro, though Kevin Lasagna's Udinese goal kept things tight.
“I liked the performance, but not so much the slip in concentration after the Udinese goal was disallowed, as that could've been costly," the Coach told Mediaset Premium.
“Overall, it was a step forward in various different ways, including the attitude. We could've finished it off earlier and must always remain concentrated."
Andre Silva and Hakan Calhanoglu were decisive in the 5-1 Europa League win midweek, but were rested here in favour of Suso as a support striker.
“Suso will get accustomed to playing in that role. It wasn't easy for him to find space, because they were doubling up the marking. He got irritable, but has to relax and play his football.
“We played in Austria on Thursday, so there wasn't much time to recuperate. I wanted fresh legs and those who played today gave a great response."
