AC Milan coach Vincenzo Montella insists he has no problems with Carlos Bacca.
Bacca was substituted for Luiz Adriano in the 85th minute of Milan's 1-0 victory over Pescara on Sunday and complained about the decision before sitting down on the bench.
"I changed things because I needed a player who holds up the ball more," said Montella.
"He wasn't happy when he exited the pitch but I do not know what he was referring to.
"I have seen worse reactions by players who have been replaced. There is no problem as far as I'm concerned and if you want some clarification, I'm available."
