AC Milan coach Vincenzo Montella isn't panicking over Chelsea's interest for Alessio Romagnoli.

Gianluigi Donnarumma has also been linked with the Blues.

But Montella says: “They have already proved that they are tied to the Rossoneri colours. Transfer gossip is part of the job. Mattia De Sciglio needed faith and he's had that here from the first day. He has a strong sense of belonging to Milan and is an excellent player for our squad."

The coach also remarked: “This team is only at the beginning, so there is a big margin for improvement. If you have this many young players, the side is destined to get stronger over time.

“I'd like there to be a few more headlines on these lads, as they deserve greater praise."
