AC Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic accepts the only way to keep his job "is to win".

Mihajlovic, after the friendly win over Monza, was asked about the public show of support from GM Adriano Galliani.

"The words of Galliani about the official confirmation? In the end you just have to win," said Mihajlovic.

"What matters is how you perform on the field.

"When you win you're beautiful when you lose ... "
