After seeing Kaka hit a double in yesterday's opening Serie A victory at Genoa, AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti insisted the Brazilian was capable of finishing the season as the league's top scorer.

"I thought about that after the game," said Ancelotti. "I must admit, I wouldn't be surprised. He has all the qualities needed in order to reach any goal he sets himself."

On the win, Ancelotti added: "I was concerned with the heat. I thought we might struggle a little, but the attitude of the players has been perfect."
