Kalac looked shaky in Milan's defeat at Palermo, but Ancelotti will stick with the veteran for today's match against Catania and also their Champions League clash with Celtic.
"We expect Dida to be missing for a week," said Ancelotti. "Kalac has always been excellent when called on - as he was last season when we used him in the Champions League."
