AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti is confident Kaka will be fit for next week's Champions League return-leg against Arsenal.

"We think that Kaka will be able to recover for the Arsenal game, but we will have to see what happens over the next few days," Ancelotti maintained.

"I don't think that he will be back for Saturday, but we will have to wait for more news."

Kaka has complained at a lack of protection from referees after he was caught by Roberto Guana in the opening stages of last weekend's game against Palermo.

"I don't believe it's the intention of the opponents to injure him," Ancelotti claimed. "I just think it's the natural extra attention that a great champion gets."
