AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has shrugged off fresh job doubts. Reports suggest Milan are considering Clarence Seedorf to be the Coach next season, especially after President Silvio Berlusconi took credit for the 1-1 draw with Barcelona.
"My work will be evaluated at the end of the season, checking whether pre-defined objectives have been achieved. There has always been a rumour mill with regards to Coaches. You need balance, a cool head and nerves of steel to sit on such an important bench.
"If at the end of the season we still agree, then we will go on together, if not then we won't. I like to listen to everyone, especially the President. At times our ideas don't connect, but I am the Coach and I make the tactical decisions. My rapport with the President is excellent."
