AC Milan coach Massimilano Allegri gave Mbaye Niang a surprise late chance in their draw with Napoli.

The young French striker has had problems off the pitch this season and been linked with a move to Everton.

"Why did I choose Niang instead of Pato? I thought we had the chances to win it and that the Frenchman could settle better into the game late on compared to Pato," explained Allegri.
