AC Milan coach Max Allegri says Stephan El Shaarawy must keep working on his game.
The striker has been linked with Manchester City.
Allegri said: "Stephan is doing fine, but he is only 20-years-old and still has a lot of room to grow.
"He has to improve his overall game and linking up with teammates - but all this is normal."
