AC Milan close to pre-contract with Fiorentina playmaker Riccardo Montolivo

AC Milan are close to clinching a pre-contract agreement with Fiorentina midfielder Riccardo Montolivo.

The Italy international is a free agent in June and Tuttosport says terms with Milan are close to being struck.

A four-year deal worth €2.5 million-a-season is being discussed.
