AC Milan chief Leonardo admits they're actively discussing a deal for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

Off contract in June, Milan could welcome Cesc on a Bosman transfer at the end of this season.

However, Leonardo has hinted they're exploring the prospect of buying Cesc in January.

“We evaluated it, considering the possibility, but didn't go all in," confirmed the Milan director.

"We are still evaluating the conditions."
