AC Milan chief insists Chelsea target Pato not for sale

AC Milan are adamant Alexandre Pato will not be sold to Chelsea.

Gazzetta dello Sport quote Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani as saying: "Pato remains at 100 per cent. He's untouchable."
