AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has welcomed their signing of Francesco Acerbi from Genoa.
The defender moves to Milan in co-ownership, while they've also taken Kevin Constant on-loan.
"I think Acerbi is an excellent centre-back who can improve further. We snapped Constant up like a shot once he was offered and President Enrico Preziosi was very nice about it," Vice-President Galliani told Sky Sport Italia.
"We already wanted to sign Constant last year, so agreeing with Coach Massimiliano Allegri we decided to get him when we found out about Sulley Muntari's injury."
