AC Milan chief Galliani tribute to Leonardo

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has paid tribute to Leonardo for the way he has turned the team's fortunes around.

The Rossoneri are now unbeaten in their last eight games in all competitions and appear well placed both in Serie A and the Champions League.

"The two matches with Real Madrid have shown that Leonardo is doing a good job. I like his formation a lot and President Berlusconi also likes it, as he has always wanted a team with an offensive vocation," Galliani said.

"Please don't ask me where I think we'll finish. I am always superstitious. Milan play good football. Leonardo has been very good at creating a tactic that can get the very best out of Ronaldinho on the left and Pato on the right.

"Leonardo confirms our tradition of developing coaches born and bred without specific experience, just like it was with Sacchi and Capello."
