AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani cannot guarantee more departures this summer.
Galliani again took the opportunity to maintain that the club's best two players would stay, while he admitted that new faces could still arrive.
"Thiago Silva and Ibrahimovic will stay, but the market is still long and anything can happen in life," he said.
"I'm not suggesting they will go by saying that, but last year I didn't expect to sign Antonio Nocerino and Alberto Aquilani. I'll be able to tell you the Milan squad at 7.01pm on August 31.
"All the transfer decisions have been taken along with the Coach. There is not just one leader here, everything is agreed as a club.
"There have been a lot of changes, the nucleus of the squad has gone and we have changed skin. This is a new Milan."
