AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admits there's a bitterness inside the club after failure to qualify for the Champions League.

He said: "There's so much bitterness, it's needless to hide it, but I'm already thinking about what players from other teams I can contact - starting from this evening.

"We need a great defender, a great attacker as well as a great midfielder to go alongside (Mathieu) Flamini, who we have already signed."
