AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has opened the door to Clarence Seedorf becoming coach.
The Botafogo midfielder is being linked with Massimiliano Allegri's job.
"I don't think experience is necessary for a Coach," said Galliani. "It can happen for someone to skip a few rungs on the ladder and gain good results. Just look at Vincenzo Montella.
"There is no specific link between being a good player and a good Coach, as they are completely different jobs."
