AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says they're delighted to have kept hold of Thiago Silva.
The Brazil defender has seen a massive offer rejected by PSG.
"We're happy," Galliani told Radio Sportiva. "I've already said that Berlusconi was heroic for resisting more than 40m in the knowledge that the accounts are in the red and he'll now have to balance things out himself.
"The decision was made last night. The President took a couple of days to think about it, but he made the choice on his own. We won't sell anyone and that includes Zlatan Ibrahimovic."
