AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says negotiations over Real Madrid midfielder Kaka have broken down. Galliani says that the Brazil international will not be rejoining the club.

"The negotiation for Kaka has broken down," he told reporters. "It is not possible to complete the deal because of fiscal reasons.

"The deal broke down about an hour ago. But we had agreed on everything else."
