AC Milan chief Galliani: Kaka cash too good to turn down

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has confirmed they're selling Kaka. Real Madrid are favourites for the Brazilian ahead of Chelsea and Galliani admitted to Gazzetta dello Sport: "£62 million is too much money to ignore. This is why Kaka will be sold.

"This operation will not destabilise the rest of the squad, from Pato to (Clarence) Seedorf to (Andrea) Pirlo."

He added: "Thiago Silva is a great defender and will replace Paolo Maldini. Now, we will work to bring a great striker to Milan."

Juventus star Amauri, Bayern Munich's Luca Toni and Eden Zdeko, the Wolfsburg forward, have all been mentioned.
