AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has dismissed Inter Milan's Serie A lead.
Ahead of this weekend's derby, Galliani said: "It seems premature to talk about Inter getting clear of the pack.
"In football you lose two games and everything is wrong and then you win three and everything is good.
"At one point last year Inter were 11 points clear of Roma but they only won the Scudetto with half an hour of the season remaining."
