AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani insists owner Silvio Berlusconi remains committed to the club.

Galliani denied reports President Berlusconi was ready to sell the club in order to resolve his financial issues.

"Fininvest, who are the parent company of Milan, have spoken clearly. Berlusconi has the same passion that he always had," he said.

"He is the soul of Milan and the fans can relax, as he will be for a long time to come."
