AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admits being beaten by Fiorentina today into fourth-place will be a "disappointment".

"If we finish second then we'd be extremely happy, because if Juventus don't beat Lazio then that's up for grabs too," said the general manager.

"If we finish third then we'll be happy, but if we end up fourth then it will be a disappointment.

"In any case, gambling for such an important result in the final round means a team like Milan has not done enough.

"This club should resolve certain problems beforehand. I remain confident that Milan will reach the Champions League directly."
