AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani insists Stephan El Shaarawy is not moving to Manchester City.

El Shaarawy will not be offered as bait to Manchester City, in exchange for Mario Balotelli, insists Galliani.

"I swear, I swear, I swear that El Shaarway will stay with Milan," commented Galliani to reporters at a charity event late last night.

"We will keep him and make up for the absence of De Jong with those we have in the squad."
