AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has hinted he expects to be soon shown the door.

Morning press reports yesterday suggested Galliani was just waiting for a call from president Silvio Berlusconi to inform him he was fired.

"It's not the future of the individual people that is important - it's the future of Milan," he told reporters in Glasgow.

"Directors come and go, but Milan remains.

"Milan was born before all of us, and will continue after us. Directors, coaches and players all come and go."
