AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani insists there's no reason for panic after a slow start to the season.

The reigning champions have had a tough start to the season after picking up just five points from five games amidst an injury crisis.

“We knew that we would have some complications,” said Galliani. “The early date for the Super Cup Final [August 6] caused us some problems.

“Alexandre Pato? He’s doing better, but he won’t be ready for Saturday. However, he’s on the mend.”
