AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is demanding apologies from the press after yesterday's victory over Siena.

Milan were criticised for pulling Andrea Paloschi out of the Viareggio - but were rewarded with the youngster hitting the winner yesterday.

"Many journalists criticized us for having withdrawn him from the Viareggio, I hope they can admit their mistakes," said Galliani. "We produced a miracle against a much feared Siena, we had many important absences, we were decimated by injuries.

"I believe that this is a turning point in the fourth place fight."
