AC Milan chief Galliani concedes deal for Sevilla's Fabiano unlikely

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani concedes a deal for Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano is now looking unlikely.

Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido has thrown out a bid from Milan this week and Galliani says: "We made the offer that we felt right for the player.

"Del Nido said that it was ridiculous, but I do not know what to say. It's up to the president of Sevilla to believe that our offer was derisory.

"Let's see, now we are like this. It goes on, but we are somewhat distant in valuations. (Real Madrid's Klaas-Jan) Huntelaar an alternative? No, we are now fine."
