AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani can't rule out moving for Roma defender Philippe Mexes.

"We will see. I can't tell you everything," noted Galliani. "Still we will be competitive. For every big player who goes we have always found a valid replacement.

"Paolo Maldini retired and we got Thiago Silva. Kaka left and we will find someone else. We are not closing down. So far the only departures have been the ones of Philip Senderos, Andriy Shevchenko and Felipe Mattioni - who didn't play a big role in our squad."
