AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani offered little over reports that Barbara Berlusconi has demanded a change of management.
Berlusconi, the daughter of Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi, demanded a review of football positions after defeat to Fiorentina.
"I certainly spoke with Silvio Berlusconi last night, but I won't comment on what we said," Galliani said.
"The CEO is responsible for everything, the transfer market, the revenue, all of the costs. He's in charge of the whole company."
