AC Milan transfers chief Ariedo Braida has posted scouts to check on the Spanish Liga's best available talent.

Facing a limited budget for this summer's market, Milan directors hope to unearth some little known gems in Spain to boost their squad.

In their sights are Almeria goalkeeper Leo Franco, Getafe midfielder Pedro Leon, Osasuna fullback César Azpilicueta and Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez.
